Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing this email to thank you, and through you to thank all the staff especially Mr. Nguyen The Minh Long for his superb hospitality and service.
The day when I was back to HCM at midnight, I just forgot my cell-phone charger. I decided to call the hotel to check again and Mr. Long was very helpful and found it for me. The day after he sent it to HCM to me. Thanks Mr.Long for making me feel more trust in your hotel beside the comfortable and appropriate facilities at your hotel.
I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family; and when I return to Da Lat, I will go back to your hotel.
